Justin Eaton, Austin Criminal Attorney

Justin Eaton has been an attorney since 2009, working as a criminal and civil prosecutor, and working to reach national fraud settlements with the Department of Justice and the Office of Attorney General of Texas. Justin has handled complex litigation cases across the nation from Texas, New York, California and Florida. Justin has tried and settled numerous cases in joint civil and criminal matters ranging from first degree DWIs to national opioid prosecutions.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law.

In his free time, Justin enjoys, hiking, BBQ, reading, and spending time with his wife and son playing scrabble and card games.
