Mogey Lovelle, Houston Criminal Attorney

Mogey Lovelle is an attorney licensed in Texas and Arizona. Mogey is admitted to the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court of Arizona.

Mogey earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Angelo State University and her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. Mogey was the class speaker at commencement and received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award.

While at Tech, Mogey interned at a defense firm and worked on a variety of research and projects for various defense attorneys across the state as well as the Innocence Project.

After graduation, Mogey worked for the Texas State Securities Board as a securities attorney and was the Assistant Director of Enforcement for the Houston Office of the Board from 2007-2016. Mogey handled criminal, family, and civil matters at her solo firm in Corpus Christi, Texas. Mogey has created and presented CLE in Texas and Arizona.

In her free time, Mogey enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming and going to local, state, and national parks. She also loves spending time with her daughter and their cats and dog.
