Frank Bratcher has been practicing law for just over 5 years. He began his practice in family law where he enforced and established support orders for families, which also included cases that dealt with sensitive matters such as family violence. During his practice in family law he worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Attorney General of Texas in its Dallas division. After a few years of working in family law, Mr. Bratcher decided to make the jump to practice in criminal law.
Mr. Bratcher has a degree in Politics from Saint Mary’s College of California. After college Mr. Bratcher decided to join United States Marine Corps as his way of contributing as a Citizen of this great nation. Mr. Bratcher served one tour of duty overseas in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Upon the expiration of his contract in the Marines, Mr. Bratcher attended law school. As a 3rd year law student, Mr. Bratcher interned for the San Joaquin District Attorney’s office where he found a great interest in criminal law. Mr. Bratcher graduated from California Western school of Law.
