Danielle Saenz, Houston Criminal Attorney

Danielle A. Saenz is a criminal defense attorney in the Houston office of Dunham & Jones. A Houston native, she defends charges ranging from assault and assault of a family member to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, injury to a child, child sexual assault, and child pornography. She has taken part in more than a dozen trials and handled hundreds of cases.

Ms. Saenz practices mainly in Harris County, and she has handled cases in Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Waller, Washington, Matagorda, Chambers, Galveston, and Liberty Counties. Licensed in Texas since 2021, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Ms. Saenz graduated cum laude from St. Mary's University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in journalism. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University, where she served on law review. During law school she interned with the Harris County District Attorney's Office under a student bar card, interned for a federal bankruptcy judge, and took part in a juvenile appellate clinic. Before joining Dunham & Jones, she practiced at another criminal defense firm.
