Christopher Wilkes, Plano Criminal Attorney

Christopher Wilkes is a criminal defense attorney and managing attorney for Dunham & Jones' Plano law office. He represents individuals facing serious criminal charges and is committed to providing vigorous representation to clients navigating complex legal matters.

Mr. Wilkes was born and raised in Irving, Texas. He earned his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law on an academic scholarship. During law school, he completed an externship with the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office, where he gained valuable prosecution insight by assisting the felony division. Following law school, Mr. Wilkes practiced as a corporate attorney at a large law firm before transitioning to criminal defense.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors, from the University of North Texas. Mr. Wilkes is committed to providing aggressive advocacy and dedicated representation to those facing serious criminal allegations.

Mr. Wilkes remains active in community service, volunteering with Catholic Charities to support refugees and serving as a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is also recognized as a Fellow of the Napa Legal Institute, a think tank dedicated to providing legal assistance to nonprofit organizations. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, guitar, the outdoors, spending time with his family and reading.
