Felicia Haynes, Dallas Criminal Attorney

Felicia attended LeTourneau University and graduated with a B.A. in History and Political Science in 1997. She received her J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, TX in May of 2002.

Felicia served as an Assistant District Attorney for Upshur County for two years. While there, she served as the chief prosecutor over the misdemeanor trial division, represented Child Protective Services in civil suits, and served as the juvenile prosecutor handling all juvenile felony and misdemeanor cases. Felicia also was an Assistant City Attorney and worked as a senior prosecutor for the Prosecution Division enforcing all municipal ordinances and state laws including those dealing with zoning and land use ordinances, fire code violations, traffic violations, and criminal law.

Felicia states that the foundation of the law was only as good as it applies to all people equally. By taking a position with the Dallas Public Defender’s Office, She developed the heart of the law and, After 7 years, knew that defending those in need was exactly what she wanted to be doing. A true attorney for the people!
