Remington Yve Giller, Dallas Criminal Attorney

Remington Yve Giller is a criminal defense attorney in the Dallas office of Dunham & Jones. She handles felony and misdemeanor cases in Dallas County, where she appears in Criminal District Court No. 4 and County Criminal Court No. 11, a misdemeanor court for assault family violence cases. She routinely handles sexual assault cases and has handled hundreds of criminal cases over her career as a criminal defense attorneys, including multiple jury trials.

Ms. Giller received a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in English from Southern Methodist University in 2021. She also earned her Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2024 and was licensed in Texas that year.

Ms. Giller was very involved in the Board of Advocates during law school, where her peers voted her Officer of the Year, and she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, which recognizes graduating students for excellence in oral advocacy. She clerked for the 301st District Court, the Office of the Attorney General's Child Support Division, Sbaiti & Company PLLC, and the Bonneu Law Firm, interned with American First Finance, and externed with Dunham & Jones.

Ms. Giller is a zealous advocate whose goal is to make sure every client feels well represented and knows exactly what is going on in their case. She practices criminal defense because she wants to help people get their lives back on track, and she believes people are more than their worst moments.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she enjoys yoga, reading, travel, and the Dallas coffee shops where she hunts for a great iced chai. She is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Dallas Bar Association.
