Kira Briggs, Plano Criminal Attorney

Kira Briggs is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and African & African American Studies, with double minors in Southern Studies and Legal Studies from the University of Arkansas. Having gained experience through various internships at the local, state, federal, and congressional levels, Kira was inspired to pursue a career as an attorney.

Kira earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she honed her skills in legal advocacy and community engagement. During law school, she actively participated in various organizations and interned with the Florida Justice Initiative and the Orleans Public Defenders Office. She was also recognized with the Pro Bono Award of Distinction.

With a deep commitment to social justice and equitable practices, Kira is dedicated to serving her clients and her community. Her unique combination of legal expertise and passion for advocacy makes her a vital resource for those navigating complex legal matters.
