Warren O. Waterman is a Criminal Defense Trial Lawyer who received his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1992. He is a former Williamson County Assistant District Attorney and served the citizens of both Williamson and Ector counties as an Assistant County Attorney. He has tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict in his 25 plus years as a lawyer.In Williamson County he was the Juvenile Division Chief and he was the Prosecutor in the DWI/Drug Court. He has handled more than 20,000 cases in his career. He has represented both the State of Texas and persons accused of committing a wide range of offenses such as DWI, Drug Possession, Assaultive Offenses, Weapons Charges, Fraud and many serious felonies.
