Benjamin Griffin, Fort Worth Criminal Attorney

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Ben’s early interest in the law led him to Baylor University. As part of Baylor’s rigorous University Scholars program, he completed a diverse curriculum, ranging from political science and philosophy to psychology and economics. Ben went on to finish his legal education and hone his courtroom skills through Baylor Law School’s nationally renowned trial advocacy program.

While an intern at the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office, Ben witnessed firsthand just how often the criminal justice system fails those struggling with poverty, addiction, or mental health challenges. Ever since, Ben has dedicated himself to ensuring that anyone accused of a crime has access to a vigorous defense.

Outside of his legal work, Ben enjoys dabbling in computer programing and graphic design. A former Eagle Scout, Ben also loves hiking and exploring the outdoors. At home, Ben spends his time relaxing with his pet corgi and helping his family foster rescue dogs.
