Mark Briley is a North Texas criminal defense attorney who represents clients in misdemeanor and felony cases throughout the region. A Wichita Falls native, his practice is devoted 100% to criminal defense.
Mark earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review, and his undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University. He has been licensed in Texas since 2009.
Before entering private practice, Mark served as a prosecutor in Fannin County for approximately five years, handling a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases. He has extensive courtroom experience and has tried numerous cases to a jury, giving him a strong understanding of how cases are evaluated from both sides.
Mark is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and has been active in the organization since 2010.
