James Martin, Fort Worth Criminal Attorney

James Martin is a native of Tarrant County and currently lives in Arlington. He graduated from Texas Tech with a B.B.A. in Energy Commerce. Mr. Martin earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. There he was an associate editor on the Law Review and was on the Dean’s List every term. During law school, Mr. Martin spent a term interning with the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.

Prior to beginning at Dunham & Jones, Mr. Martin worked for the Texas Department of Public Safety as a staff attorney. This position gave him extensive knowledge on the Administrative License Revocation process.

When not working hard for his clients, Mr. Martin enjoys endurance races, brewing beer, cooking, and hanging out with family, friends, and his dogs. He also spends his time volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and his church.
