Victoria Walton, Dallas Criminal Attorney

Victoria Walton was born and raised in Dallas. Ms. Walton graduated with honors from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas with a degree in Healthcare Administration. While attending Texas State University, she was elected Treasurer of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Iota Omega chapter. Ms. Walton then attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas where she graduated Magna Cum Laude at the top of her class. Following law school, Ms. Walton worked as a prosecutor for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. Upon returning to her hometown of Dallas, she worked as a criminal defense attorney handling a wide range of cases including juvenile and CPS cases.

Victoria is passionate and dedicated to being an advocate for her clients.

Outside of work, Ms. Walton enjoys biking, going on walks, volunteering locally and abroad, attending church and spending time with her family.
