John Nollette is a trial attorney who brings courtroom experience, strategic advocacy, and a practical approach to every case he handles. John grew up in the Dallas area and attended Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia.
After law school, John worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Collin County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, John tried numerous criminal cases to verdict where he advocated for justice, represented crime victims, and helped uphold the law to ultimately protect the community. That first-hand experience provides him with valuable insight into how prosecutors evaluate cases and build trial strategies.
John then went to work in complex civil litigation at a private firm in Dallas where he focused on personal injury and construction litigation. John represented businesses, insurers, and individuals in a wide variety of civil matters. This civil litigation background allowed him to develop practical strategies tailored to each client’s objectives while effectively managing risk and pursuing favorable outcomes.
John is able to draw on his experience to defend the rights of the accused and pursue favorable outcomes for his clients. In his free time, John enjoys watching Aggie sports, playing golf, cooking, reading, and hanging out with family and friends.
