Scotty Jones is the Managing Partner of the Fort Worth division of Dunham & Jones, one of the largest and most established criminal defense firms in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Since founding the Fort Worth office in 1997, Mr. Jones has led its expansion from a single-attorney practice into a regional powerhouse with over 50 attorneys and staff, now serving clients through offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, Plano, and Denton.

With deep roots in North Texas and a legal career spanning more than 25 years, Mr. Jones has represented thousands of clients facing a wide range of criminal charges, including DWI, domestic violence, theft, drug offenses, and violent crimes. He has litigated cases across Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Collin, Johnson, and Parker counties and has personally managed and supervised hundreds of jury trials throughout the region.
