Laurel Shedd, Houston Criminal Attorney

Laurel Shedd is a proud Texas A&M Aggie where she graduated with a degree in Political Science and cultural studies. After college Laurel began working for a prominent criminal defense attorney in Bryan/College Station where her passion for criminal law began. With that passion in mind, she then went on to earn her law degree at South Texas College of Law, Houston. During her time at South Texas, Laurel participated in specialized courses geared towards criminal law and working alongside many prominent defense attorneys handling a wide variety of cases. Upon graduation, Laurel clerked with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office in the special crime’s division, where she gained invaluable experience prepping and participating in criminal trials ranging from DWI’s to possession to manslaughter. This experience gave Laurel the ability to learn how the state prepares cases ensuring the best offense while defending her clients.

Laurel fights for her clients; equipped with her belief that everyone deserves an attorney who will fight zealously and confidently for the justice that they deserve. We are not dealing with criminals or defendants, but with people who are innocent until proven guilty.

In her free time, Laurel enjoys camping, rock climbing, and kickin’ it with her friends.
